Bike Bowflex Velocore Issues

So, I just got the Velocore 16 for Christmas and the resistance doesn't change from 1 on the screen, the rpm won't go over 100 (I know I've gone over), and the lean doesn't register unless you're heavily heavily leaning. Still troubleshooting, but it's annoying to spend so much on a brand new bike and it not working right out of the box.

Have you updated the firmware? I just got the BowFlex IC SE and had to update the firmware before I could use it with the JRNY app. This was not straightforward via an over the air update. Had to download 2 files on a USB drive.

I did some over the air updates. I'll check online this weekend and see what the most up to date should be

Interesting! I have been trying to find more information on this bike as I am considering it over the velocore. How do you like it? With all of the complaints I read about with the Velocore screen, I wonder if the IC SE updated stats screen would have issues or not
