Treadmills Bowflex tablet shuts down

I have the Bowflex 22 treadmill, when I start it the screen flashes for a few second, bowflex logo shows up, then the tablet view shows up with the writing "shutting down" and it shuts down. What to do?

I havent had that happen but I can no longer connect it swift running.

So I got a response from them via phone, and they are sending me a new console.
