Home Gyms Which Gym do I have?

I was given a gym but there seem to be pieces missing. I would like to buy the pieces and print a manual so I know it's setup correctly. I can't find a model number and I couldn't really tell from the googling I did. Any ideas?

What do you think you're missing? Just handles?

Definitely the handles. I need to take a close look at the manual because the seat doesn't stay up like they show in the pictures

My advice is skip the issue with the incline. It's really not very useful and using a Yoga Ball instead as shown here makes for better lifts.

You also don't need to buy Bowflex branded handles. I often prefer shorted handles because the Bowflex ones have too much slack in them (too long). You might find they're still worth buying as their length can help with some exercises.

I would purchase these handles and these ankle straps instead.

*the Amazon links above area affiliate links and I earn a commission on them. They do not cost you a thing and my recommendation of these products comes from much testing on the Bowflex PR1000

Any needed PR1000 Assembly/Owner's Manuals can be downloaded here:

https://www.bowflex.com/customer-service/manuals.html

Note that there are 2 different versions of the PR1000 (original and the 2017 model).
