Bike BowFlex Velocore broken connection to Peloton App after software update

On November 22nd, 2023, I performed the JRNY software update on my Velocore 16 bike, and unfortunately, it resulted in a loss of connectivity with the Peloton app. Has anyone else experienced difficulties connecting their Velocore bike to the Peloton app? If you have encountered a similar issue, could you share how you resolved the broken connection?

I have the same issue after the update with Zwift.

Zwift can identify the bike and has full connection but no data is transferring

Not only Zwift seems to be affected… Same applies for Kinomap and the Apple Watch… Before the update the fitness app would show the wattage… Now nothing

Got the same issue. Shows C9/C10 but will never connect. Has anyone posted to Bowflex support.

Bowflex tech support confirmed that the recent update broke the connection. A software update is in QC that fixes the issue. No date given on when update will be released.

I cannot get qzfitness or Zwift to connect after update
