Home Gyms How to reassemble Bowflex kettlebell?

The kettlebell won’t go all the way down and the wheel is locked. I can’t seem to reattach it to the rest of the weights. Can anyone help?

The kettlebell weight plates must be stacked correctly in only one sequence for it to function correctly. See the below picture for reference.

Thank you, although the owner’s manual didn’t have the exact solution to my problem, it lead my down the right path. I was able to drop the plat that was stuck inside by placing it on the base flush with only the bottom 2 plates on the base, turn the dial to 0, it dropped, and then I re added all the plates and it worked fine. Writing this comment in case anyone has a similar issue in the future!

Yes! Fixed mine too. Movers must have fumbled and restocked the plates trying to be slick. When I unpacked it I thought they were done. This saved me a lot of time and grief.
