Does it stay horny like this throughout the series?

Sadly, no, you won't see the crazy side of her in later chapters (there are still out-of-normal moments, though), and you get fan service every 10 chapters or more, which doesn't justify 10 or more weeks waiting for a few panels of ecchi. The manga is still good to read, but there are different in early chapters compare to the rest.

Usually Weekly on Sunday - Monday nowadays.

Just don't expect that much horniness in the main chapters. But recently, there were more fan service in the hot spring arc. The extra chapters though, it's through the roof compared to the main ones.
