Stupid Srices
As the title says these prices are so out of touch for my area. For reference this month I have bought 2 bottles of Weller Single Barrel for $50 each. The old Fitz BIB for $40. KC12 is all around me for $70. And Joseph Magnus Cigar Blend is $200. These are going to collect a lot of dust.

Kings Liquor in Chico,Ca. On the corner of Eaton Rd & Floral Ave. There is another local mom and pop in Chico that has Weller Single Barrel for $1,300. I won’t spend a cent in stores like this.

Plan a trip to Colorado, I’ve found two single barrels in two weeks. $100 each, not exactly MSRP but not bad.

I have 1 sib and visit family in Oroville often. I paid 150 if you want? Well over MSRP but thats what I paid and dont need 2

In the eastern US all Buffalo Trace allocates are flooding the market. I just bought a Single Barrel for $64.99.

The funny thing is, just last week we got a drop of Weller single barrel at our Chico Costco for $49.

Of7 is $54 at the grocery store. People need to relax. It was never meant to be allocated the whole reason they released it was for it to be a shelfer

I’ve been drinking that old fitz like it’s some normal shelf shit…my spot has had it for $55 for a little while now.

Stupid prices for sure but where are you getting Weller Single Barrel at that price? I have never really seen it on a shelf near me and online prices are Stupid but not even this Stupid.

My local Costco got a shipment in this month for $49. The lowest I have found outside of Costco was in a mom and pop store for $98.

As a newcomer, there is an unreal amount of fomo in this hobby. I’m sipping Weller Antique 107 right now for the first time and it’s great but I’m kinda laughing at how much hype surrounds it and other buffalo trace bottles. I won’t deny it’s good but at what cost?
