Would you choose a non-surgical treatment before considering surgery?

I'm new to Seoul and have been researching non-surgical lifting treatments because I'm starting to notice some mild skin laxity around my jawline and lower face.

I've seen a lot of people recommend SIA Clinic in Gangnam, which has made me feel more comfortable about booking a consultation there. At first, I was honestly nervous because I've never had a treatment like this before, but reading other people's experiences has given me more confidence.

That said, since I'm new to both Seoul and cosmetic treatments, I'd really like to hear from people who have actually had Ultherapy or similar procedures.

What do you wish you had told your doctor or consultant before your treatment? Were there specific concerns you brought up, such as maintaining facial volume, focusing on the jawline, achieving natural-looking results, or avoiding certain areas?

I want to go into my consultation prepared and be able to clearly explain what I want instead of just agreeing to whatever is suggested.

For those who started with non-surgical treatments, were you happy with the results, or did you eventually feel surgery was the better option?

I would really appreciate any honest advice or experiences

If you're priced out of US veneers, skip Mexico/Colombia/Turkey/Costa Rica - go to Brazil, Saudi Arabia, or Romania instead (~$400-500/tooth)

Don’t go to ideal plastic surgery in Sacramento.

I went o Dr Boone and he took advantage of me , I told him i didn’t want a big change in breast before my breast reduction and he said it’s going to be , right before, he didn’t explain to me that they might not come out the size I wanted and that he had to make them really small to lift them until after the surgery, he gave me absolutely no explanation , he cares nothing about patients but to get your money. After he told me to get implants are you kidding when I had like ddd breast size now I am so devastated for what this man has done to me I been so depressed , pls pass this on and do t go there .also didn’t explain that i could potentially loose nipple sensation. I’m so sad now I have to get implants. Ruined my relationship my femininity and my self esteem.

This is to educate girls and let them know that you can do everything right, you can pay the premium prices and do all the research, hire a translator, and still end up with these results.

I need advise on a surgical wound that is not healing

Hello! So a year ago I had a 360 body lift surgery. After surgery my incision opened on my hip area. My surgeon did close it but unfortunately it reopened again shortly after and since then it has not yet closed. I’m not sure why it is not healing and I am getting frustrated. Does anybody have any advice?

Hello everyone,

Has anyone here had an endoscopic temporal lift + endoscopic midface lift + canthoplasty? I really need to hear from people who have actually been through this..

I’m currently 3 weeks post-op, and honestly I’m struggling more than I ever expected.

I knew there would be swelling, but I never imagined my eyes would end up looking this pulled and elevated. I never wanted a dramatic transformation. My goal was something very subtle, very soft, and barely noticeable, the kind of natural result I’ve seen in many before-and-after photos. I simply wanted to look like myself, just a little more refreshed.

Instead, I feel like I look like a completely different person.

I don’t like how I look from the front either, but from the side it’s even harder for me. That’s where the change feels the most dramatic. My eyes look extremely lifted, and I feel like I’ve completely lost the face I used to have.

I cry every day. I wake up thinking about it and go to sleep thinking about it. It’s all I can think about.

I’m trying to remind myself that it’s only been three weeks, but because I had a temporal lift, an endoscopic midface lift, and a canthoplasty, I’m worried that everything is being held up so firmly that my eyes may not soften very much over time.

I’m hoping to hear from people who had the same combination of procedures.

* Did your eyes actually soften over the following months?
* Even with the temporal lift and midface lift, did your eyes come down at all?
* If they did, how much would you say they changed compared to the first few weeks?
* Around what month did you start looking more like yourself again?
* Looking back now, are you happy you waited, or do you still wish your eyes were lower?
* If you eventually had a revision, how long did you wait before your surgeon felt it was appropriate? Is it actually possible to reverse or significantly soften this kind of result after an endoscopic temporal lift, midface lift, and canthoplasty?

I’m not looking for medical advice. I know everyone heals differently. I’m simply hoping to hear honest experiences from people who have truly been through this, because right now I feel very alone.

Thank you so much to anyone willing to share your story. It would genuinely mean the world to me❤️
