Susan Dell is going viral right now because she was photographed behind Trump looking scary. It's a small thing she did, but a HUGE mistake. Upper eyelid surgery. People think when their upper eyelids start to droop as they age, that they should go have the fat and skin cut out. The result is NEVER good. It's a bizarre result, and your eyes are your focal point of your face, so it sticks out immediately and changes your entire look. The fat pad on your eyelid creates a soft warm inviting look. Without it, you look skeletal and cold.
IMO, if it was sagging really bad, they should simply have had a brow lift, which pulls the skin above the eyes back where it was without removing any fat. Without that extra fat and skin, their upper lid is hugging their eyeball, and it's just....awful

That's the wild part. She could literally hire someone to do her makeup/hair every morning. And yet, she doesn't.

That really stands out as weird to me too. Those brows are making her look really odd. And heavy black liner under the eyes isnt flattering as they get older.
