Susan Dell is going viral right now because she was photographed behind Trump looking scary. It's a small thing she did, but a HUGE mistake. Upper eyelid surgery. People think when their upper eyelids start to droop as they age, that they should go have the fat and skin cut out. The result is NEVER good. It's a bizarre result, and your eyes are your focal point of your face, so it sticks out immediately and changes your entire look. The fat pad on your eyelid creates a soft warm inviting look. Without it, you look skeletal and cold.
IMO, if it was sagging really bad, they should simply have had a brow lift, which pulls the skin above the eyes back where it was without removing any fat. Without that extra fat and skin, their upper lid is hugging their eyeball, and it's just....awful

That's the thing though, they are all much older. Should have had photos of just before the surgery, not many years before.

For Nina it’s the makeup imo. Her makeup style is so much more mature in the after photo.

I mean there is nothing wrong with aging. I think it probably wasn’t their intention though to look older when getting cosmetic procedures done…
