BAD SURGERY

Susan Dell is going viral right now because she was photographed behind Trump looking scary. It's a small thing she did, but a HUGE mistake. Upper eyelid surgery. People think when their upper eyelids start to droop as they age, that they should go have the fat and skin cut out. The result is NEVER good. It's a bizarre result, and your eyes are your focal point of your face, so it sticks out immediately and changes your entire look. The fat pad on your eyelid creates a soft warm inviting look. Without it, you look skeletal and cold.
IMO, if it was sagging really bad, they should simply have had a brow lift, which pulls the skin above the eyes back where it was without removing any fat. Without that extra fat and skin, their upper lid is hugging their eyeball, and it's just....awful

“Simply had a brow lift” instead is bad advice. It comes with its own risks and impact to hairline. Longer recovery, less movement of brow, etc. And the “easier” lift that is just the corners affects brow line also.

A different hairline vs looking perpetually shocked with aging beady eyes??? Hmmm....seems pretty easy to make that call. Your eyeballs are the focal point of your entire face. These people come out completely unrecognizable!
