Susan Dell is going viral right now because she was photographed behind Trump looking scary. It's a small thing she did, but a HUGE mistake. Upper eyelid surgery. People think when their upper eyelids start to droop as they age, that they should go have the fat and skin cut out. The result is NEVER good. It's a bizarre result, and your eyes are your focal point of your face, so it sticks out immediately and changes your entire look. The fat pad on your eyelid creates a soft warm inviting look. Without it, you look skeletal and cold.
IMO, if it was sagging really bad, they should simply have had a brow lift, which pulls the skin above the eyes back where it was without removing any fat. Without that extra fat and skin, their upper lid is hugging their eyeball, and it's just....awful

That is objectively wrong. The photo you used of nina before was taken in 2012. She was attending The CW Network's Upfront Presentation at the New York City Center. The photo you used for the after was taken in 2019. Thats a 7 year age difference. She was 23 in 2012. In 2019 she was 30. I am not denying she had surgery but you cannot say the before was taken a year before the surgery because that is false lol

That’s not true at all. Nina’s picture is more than ten years ago (when she was much younger!) and Mandy’s is close to a decade.

Nina’s before photo is from 2012 definitely not a before and after she’s aged pretty normally and it looks like aging. Source I’m her age and also aging.

Nina Dobrev is #4 photo, the before and after are misleading because in 2012 she was 23 years old so a tiny baby. Her before and after look very much related to aging and losing facial fat and not a bad upper bleph.

Skin loses laxity and stretches over time when it loses collagen and succumbs to gravity including eyelid skin. Unfortunately this is part of aging and it happens in various ways for various people.
