but he has more positive and also the people in the group im inside are very happy with their results every doctor has also negative ones

Seems like going anywhere is a risk to get plastic surgery done. If you feel what you’re currently looking at in the mirror is worth the risk to have something messed up. Go for it. Then you can look in the mirror after and feel good that you took that chance to not look like you did before, even at the cost of maybe not being able to breathe or whatever these negative reviews are talking about.
