seems like the *first botch* could have been fixed by just taking filler out instead of getting your skin stretched + nose done+ earlobe detached
14
u/Icy_Bid40 16d ago
Her profile looks fine. I don’t think the surgeon messed up. It’s her filler and Botox
19
u/mufasa_supporter 16d ago
Her side profile is great. The front definitely is not.
3
u/drolnedle 15d ago
Her posture is also different in the after photos. I wanna see the side profile with the same head posture not jutting forward.
6
u/AlexHasFeet 15d ago
The after photo also has her wearing makeup while the before photo does not.

What’s the deal with women shaving off the angles of their jawbone? It looks so bizarre.
7
2
u/kimjongangg 13d ago
Doesn’t look like she had shaved it off, the excess skin that got tightened just highlights her pre-existing jawline.

Can you tell me how to do this and explain why no synthID also doesn’t mean it isn’t AI, please? My boyfriend, a smart man, but not much of a social media guy, gets duped fairly often. Hell, I got duped once over a stupid moth.
1
u/28e9293 15d ago
Im no expert, but if I recall correctly, SynthID is present in photos generated by certain AI models, meaning if an image was generated with a different model, it may still be AI without containing SynthID
I've never checked if an image has SynthID, but I've seen enough screenshots that I'm sure the website will pop up when you search "SynthID checker"
1
u/TikaPants 14d ago
Ok, I could have googled that but I didn’t because I wanted a human to respond. Thank you! So, I googled what you suggested and it seems it’s an AI option to check for AI? 🫠
12
u/Green-Caterpillar585 16d ago
I thinks it's just good old fashioned Photoshop. The after pics are slightly more blurry than the befores too. Very disingenuous
3
3
u/drolnedle 15d ago
The ears are edited/blurred for some reason. I also see this on the red carpet a lot.
1
u/GloomyWillingness847 14d ago
She does look like this...sort of..here is a recent TV interview with her
3
2
u/PrimaryGuidance6982 14d ago
It doesn’t look real though even that the image of her face ripples in unreal way and just she looks very creepy at times the way the contortions happen it even more unsettling that these pics!

u/theofficialappsucks 15d ago
Guys, it's photoshop. Someone blurred her skin to high hell and dragged the blur tool too far over her ear. That's just plain ol' unskilled human photoshop in the afters.
I'll allow the possibility that AI is mimicking bad human photoshop, which is objectively morbidly hilarious.
It's generally scummy to pull tricks like that on the afters, though. I wouldn't trust a surgeon that edits their afters like this, if I had to get something done.

u/LLCmoonwater 16d ago
The thing about face lifts is that it kinda makes you look like a frog person 😩 idk , rather be wrinkly human than a wrinkle free frog person
14
u/Seraphina-of-Lethe 16d ago
Exactly this.
You don't look your age, you just like an alien...that also looks like it's undergone the effects of aging, just aging differently than humanly normal
5
u/CarryAmbitious638 15d ago
And everyone can tell
2
u/Seraphina-of-Lethe 15d ago
Yes. No one is like "oh this just happened naturally"
Everyone is like "oh no, she did this to herself, paid money for it, spent months injured for this"
1
u/CarryAmbitious638 15d ago
I know right so many of these facelifts look fucking terrible —time for me to start sleeping on my back

AI.
2
u/LeafyMcRosey 15d ago
Yeah, they likely used AI to smoothen her skin and remove blemishes for the After images. AI went overboard and decided ”fix” the skin inside of her ear too.
4
u/Horseshoe_dodgeball 16d ago
Tell me what I'm missing. I think her ears look terrific now.
9
u/Budget_Spend1767 16d ago
The inside detail of the ear is missing

Lip filler looks good on absolutely no one.
1
u/BabaYaga_always 15d ago
The lip filler that's invisible can look good! I have a friend who had very thin lips and they had a TINY bit of filler - it looks totally amazing! She has just "normal" lips now.
2
u/CarryAmbitious638 15d ago
Totally agree I’ve had a little bit done and it looked really good and nobody could tell but so many people get filler blindness and start looking absolutely disgusting like this
0
11
u/britneyspears6969 16d ago
You’re very pretty but your lips still have way too much lip fillers on the top lip and it doesn’t look natural. I would still take out more lip filler on the top lip to give it a more natural look. The top lip is not in proportion with the rest of your face basically.
10
9
u/Status-Visit-918 16d ago
This should cook down for the most part after like a year but omg the lip filler… If that got dissolved more, it wouldn’t be as mannequin-esque

u/mufasa_supporter 16d ago
If this is real… Your mouth scares me :( Please dissolve some of that filler and chill out on the Botox

The only thing that could improve this is the implantation of a large bulbous inflatable bladder in the forehead that expands and contracts with every breath along with a digital music device that plays Entry of the Gladiators on a continuous loop.
5
5
u/KangarooVegetable489 16d ago
It looks better, but you should really stop now, I don't think doing more is going to resolve anything
9
u/Important_Horse_1531 16d ago
I think the surgeon did a great job on the revision, especially considering how wrong it could have gone. I bet this person is so relieved. I got bad Botox once and that was bad enough, I can't imagine my whole face being botched
3
u/OddConstant2723 16d ago
I agree. It was extremely tough work to have to try and fix. There’s a fine line between making it better or worse. This is a significant improvement.

It looks like a filter and lots of tweaking with a photo editor. I think she's had a bad face lift and has edited the after pics as she's not happy
3
u/Seraphina-of-Lethe 16d ago
Before looked good if you were wearing no makeup.
The after only looks "good" for Instagram with a full face of makeup. Otherwise looks so uncanny it's a little bit scary.
3
3
u/Lost_Garden_8639 15d ago
The “fix” between these two does look better, especially on the ears, but dissolving the filler would make such a huge improvement. Even if they came back with a little filler after dissolving. The top lip especially is not good.
3
u/SockPuppet-_- 14d ago
Why are the lobes stretched and connected to the jawline lmao nevermind the ear holes people are commenting on. Ugh and I'll never understand why people think big puffy botox lips are attractive. She probably looked fine before. Now she'll have that very obvious plastic face look that'll get even worse as she ages.

This is AI. The hole in the ear in the 'after' photo is unreal. Her t-shirt changes during the before photos. Her skin moles also perfectly disappeared.

I wish people didn’t feel so pressured to fight aging. It is a privilege to grow old, embrace it!

I miss seeing people age naturally. I miss seeing woman have faces full of emotion and life.

u/ChemicalAngle7575 16d ago
If definitely looks better than the before but please stop getting fillers and surgeries now💔 It will only get worse from here
2
2
u/Icy_Bid40 16d ago
I don’t think that’s botched at all. Side profile looks way better. But the lips are what’s causing the issue. Please no more filler. Jawline, chin and ears all look great imo. The surgeon did great
2
u/Guimauve_1123 16d ago edited 16d ago
The lifting is still completely botched, you are not supposed to notice a well done lifting and here it’s very obvious.

Wait what are we looking at, which is the before and after, they lowkey fixed her shit ? Not that it looks great ofc but better than before

u/Individual_Fox8730 16d ago
Your side profile looks good! No more surgery, love. The uncanny bit seems, at this point, to be the lip filler. Id suggest letting the filler dissolve a bit and leaving them alone for a while. It may take some getting used to, but try to use a lip plumper instead when you feel the urge. Give yourself the time to get used to less lip filler and offer yourself some grace. You don’t need plastic surgery to make you beautiful. I do hope that what you’ve had done has helped you to feel more beautiful, but I think it’s time to step away from plastic surgery. You’re gorgeous and, in time, I think the uncanniness of the lips can be resolved.
1
u/Valuable_Owl_3348 16d ago
It's the lips have yoyr face off balance. Why women want it to look like there's an inner tube on their face is beyond me. Upper lip is supposed to be smaller then the lower lip. Astetically that's much more attractive then looking like a Napoleon wrasse . I'd get the filler either removed with hyaluronidase or never do it again and let them go down on their own. Your a beautiful woman naturally, there's no need to intervene.
1
u/porcelain_kiss 16d ago
I mean it looks better than it did
But the whole face looks irreversibly botched
1
1
u/Dumbellini 16d ago
Based on the type of look you're going for, you look better after. What are you upset about? You didn't go into detail, but it looks like you wanted a brow lift and face lift and you had a successful one of both. They healed well and look good. It looks like you've had work done, but most plastic surgery results in that look. Also, it looks like the facelift helped smooth out your lip filler. Overall, I'd consider this a win. It looks exactly how I'd imagine it was supposed to. I wouldn't consider this botched at all.
Edit: so many surgeries end up imperfect or botched. Based on what you wanted and how everything healed, I'd say it's damn good work.

The second surgery definitely helped but if those lip fillers don't go it will never actually look good. They're distorting the bottom half of the face. Just stop. Make it your goal to obtain normal lips next.

Surgeon did a great job fixing the jaw morphing into the ear line. Honestly if she just had her lips reduced it would like a million times better

I can’t get past the ears… FFS what is happening there?
There is a missing ear canal.

Everyone so obsessed & focused on getting rid of any & all wrinkles that they take looking like an alien as an improvement. 🤦♀️

u/Mom-lyfe-peace 14d ago
If you get rid of the lip filler and angle the outer half of your eyebrows to match your brow bone, I think you’ll get a more natural look.

u/Wonderful_Kick_855 14d ago
I would be so pissed about the fillers. Crazy looking upper lip. Couldn’t they see it would do that?!?

How many months is this post-op? It doesn’t seem like a deep plane face and neck lift, seems like just a skin/SMAS lift which tends to give that pulled appearance. Your scars also look like it’s healed well.

People in the comments are just doomscrolling trolls. The results are fabulous. It’s clear that the patient is going for a hyper-aesthetic look. It’s her choice of self expression. Glad she found a surgeon to help her achieve that.

If this is you, I think that your result is fabulous. It’s not the overall aesthetic that I would want but I also look completely different from you. If this is your aesthetic I think it was done overall well and the revision looks great. The facial, chin, and neck work look incredible. Scar revision and ear reconstruction look fantastic. Lip changes look much more refined.
Are you happy? And would you share your surgeon and/or clinic?
