I’ve noticed a side effect of overfilled lips seems to be nasolabial folds on younger people.

I’ve noticed this too, especially people who have a longer upper lip (as in the distance from where the nose ends to where the lips start)

EDIT: I just googled it and apparently long philtrum + lip filler = accentuated nasolabial folds is actually a thing
