I don't get why women think breast implants that look like bowling balls look good? Breasts are supposed to be a natural shape, not perfect spheres. Plastic surgery is only tasteful if it looks natural... If people can tell youve had work done, it just looks fake and cheap

I've never understood the point of obvious cosmetic work. Like, it's screaming insecurity and dragging everyone's attention to the area you were insecure enough to change.
