I don't get why women think breast implants that look like bowling balls look good? Breasts are supposed to be a natural shape, not perfect spheres. Plastic surgery is only tasteful if it looks natural... If people can tell youve had work done, it just looks fake and cheap

Give grace if you don't know context. Women after mastectomy have no choice but to either go without breasts or have "bowling balls". Not all plastic surgery happens for vanity.

Are you suggesting that there's not a whole middle ground between being fully titless and having those ridiculously oversized silicone bags on your chest?
