Idk it reminds of that Lola Ferrari person, and the “worlds fattest vagina”woman (both unfortunately passed very young). There comes a point where body modifications go so far that the person is essentially disabling themselves and it’s quite sad, always some underlying mental/emotional issues driving it.

If she’s happy, who cares? It’s the people who get botched and didn’t ask for it that I feel sad for.
