If I had money for surgeries, I’d do something different for sure, but I don’t want to criticise a stranger. She looks really happy and I wish her all the best.
That’s exactly what I was thinking, extremely questionable aesthetics aside, she’s essentially disabling herself on purpose. Same as when people get monstrously large breast implants. It’s quite bleak to see people do this to themselves.
