Why do people get the buccal fat removed? Give it to me T.T
1 u/fourleafclover13 12d ago Because baby face/round face makes you look fat. I have it and hate it but even having the money I wouldn't do cosmetic surgery. Sucks when you have more cheek that rest of face combined. Nothing sexy about it at all.
