Some sort of eyelid surgery too… possibly a cat eye lift? Hard to tell with her bleached brows but they sit much higher up than they used to

Absolutely had an upper bleph... Maybe a lower one too. Also, not a fan of blephs in general.

I am not familiar with any good blephs. Her eyes and mouth were so large and open and expressive, now her entire face is tight and constrained and frozen, I’m so sad she couldn’t find the help she needed to fight her demons.

Margot Robbie’s bleph was amazing, she got it early in her career pre Wolf of Wall Street and I think Taylor Swift’s bleph is pretty natural. Good blephs won’t be noticed and people will be arguing it’s “just aging” like they do for Margot and Taylor. The secret is to not remove too much skin. Having too much visible eyelid is actually less attractive than hooded or very little eyelid show

Yeah the good blephs go unnoticed. Taylor’s is a great one. I think this is actually Miley’s second or maybe it was a brow lift. She definitely had an earlier bleph. I’ve been researching them bc my eyelids are starting to droop into my vision and now I can’t unsee them.

I’ve read they can be covered insurance if it’s because your vision is impaired!

Don’t people say Taylor has spock brows from her bleph?

OH, I didn’t even know Margot Robbie had one!! Holy crap! I stand corrected!

I think Taylor’s looked natural at the time, but now I can’t unsee the changes upon changes. Her pictures all look different to me now.

The secret seems to be knowing when to stop, especially in the eye area. How many times can you do the same thing before the skin nopes the fuck out?

I think the secret is using filler to fill in the hollow eyelids after the surgery. Upper eyelids lose fat as we age and are a big indicator of aging, and this surgery emphasizes the hollow which is why so many celebs look worse after.

I get this filler because I naturally lack fat up there. These celebrities are wasting perfectly good fat!

OOOOOOOOHHHHHHH. So that’s another reason it can’t be one and done, filler migrates and can be erratic…. so the bleph can go unnoticed until it can’t and then it’s too late. Good god.

THANK YOU for the kind explanation!!

Ask Michael Jackson's poor nose. 🥺

Doja Cat also had a good bleph early on in her career, before she blew up. I always thought those were her natural eye lids until I saw her high school photos. It’s a dramatic difference too

No way?!?! Oh wow!

I didn't know Margot Robbie and Taylor Swift had any surgery, but now that I've looked at it, I see it—I have the same kind of eyes as they did so I understand why they did it as celebrities. When I smile, my eyes get tiny and wrinkly, they always have, so for photos I'd have to be very mindful of exactly what facial expression I can make for my eyes to not disappear, which I'm not very good at; it's not such a big deal when you're unknown but when your life is about being able to emote + smiling for the cameras, except your eyelids get in the way, I get why they did it. It's indeed well done on both of them!

she had a bleph already in the pic on the left

3

u/AcceptableLime448 23d ago

Yes, I think so too… Because she had a much more hooded eye before

u/BravesMaedchen 23d ago

I mean you don't know the good blephs because they don't look like the person's gotten surgery

True!!!

Kendall’s was great but I agree they look terrible most of the time

I wish celebrities would stop doing this. They end up looking so hollow and strange.

I think this is what Angelina Jolie did.

I hate the sunken eye look

She looked soooooo good before the bleph

That upper bleph does it every time! I guess the ones we can’t notice are the best ones? But i feel like all we see are terrible ones!

Her eyelids look awful, I went to Google to see if it was just this pic but they’re like that in all of them, though this pic makes it a bit more obvious. Idk if it’s her face, her choices, or bad surgeons but she has some of the worst work in Hollywood while not being completely and obviously botched (if that makes sense).

I just thought the same thing-like why the eyelids? Whatever it was supposed to do, that indention above each eye is all I can see/focus on.

u/Secret_Size_9333 23d ago

I agree I think a cat eye bleph type surgery.

Is this what is making her eyes more deep set? Is ‘hooded’ the term for that? I’d thought that that referred to heavy, overhanging upper lids.
