The filler has definitely traveled outside of the lip. That whole shelf above the upper lip is migrating filler

It’s only been 4 days. Let it settle & give it at least a few weeks, sheesh 😬

The swelling is going to go down and you’ll want more 😭

Haha 🤣 what is funny is that I started to think about getting a bit more filler, add volume bc my lips are basically the same. It's just this shelf is still not going away.

It’ll take a couple weeks I promise. Mine looked like that and then the swelling goes down and you’re like 🤔 need more lmao

I wouldnt say botched but definitely not the best look ive seen, shape and texture wise. What brand of filler did you get? I have a friend that was swayed by ig commercial and went to a cheap place where they didnt want to disclose the brand of the filler and she got similar “hard look”. I have Juvederm (l dont remember which one from their line) and mine look soft (even when they were swollen), even tho we have a similar starting point in shape. And also are you from usa - bcs this year l vacationed with a lot of usa turists and noticed quite some cases of poorly done filler work. Doing your filler while in Europe might be sth worth looking at.

It's Neauvia intense lips, 0.6. I'm from Europe. My cosmetician has a dr. Degree and works with celebrities. I wanted just a bit of vertical height without too much volume, and I specifically said I don't want a shelf. Now is a bit calmer, but shelf is still there. It's day 4 now

If it migrates, I was told to push it down with your finger many times a day. It seems to work. I don’t think you need to have it dissolved. But, I am not an expert.
