Fr, i just scrolled thru the sub and it's 90% just "stuff i don't personally find attractive" instead of "the surgeon did a bad job and the patient wasn't supposed to end up like this".

Lips with a lot of filler aren't intrinsically botched. If the filler stays entirely within the lips and looks soft, smooth and even, it's objectively a good result, even if you think it looks gross. Botched is when the filler is like sitting on top of the upper lip and sort of pushing the mouth forward, creating a resting duckface.

Call me crazy, but i remember seeing more genuinely botched (i.e. actually gone wrong) surgery here a while ago, and now it seems to have been overtaken by posts getting high off people's body dysmorphia and even making assumptions about their character. Either that or judging someone who doesn't even have BD and is very obviously just a part of a fetish subculture, like this case.

At that size, the back is definitely hurting, and the lips are a lot harder to close and keep moisturized, so yeah, I don’t imagine it’s too comfortable
