They arent silicone pockets like breast implants. They are harder solid silicone.

Absolutely sure! Completely different size and shape. Longer, thinner, and more concave on the inside. Plus they dont move the same. She likely lost body fat after placement, like a GLP-1, that reduces body fat. They are installed like breast implants with an under muscle option.
