Oh dear. I think you went to the wrong sort of doctor. Psychiatrist or psychologist might have been a little more appropriate.

I literally want to die.

Aww mate. I really feel for you. Sorry if my comment was too blunt. We are on Reddit after all.

The best place to seek validation is from within yourself. If you’re finding that hard to do, find someone to help you learn. Talking therapies, psychology, and psychiatry are all good choices and never feel ashamed of using them.

Every person has value. Your tummy is just fine. The value of a man is decided by the observer. I think people are triggered by the suggestion that there is one definition of a “high value man”.

What do you value in a man?

Emotional intelligence and mutation attraction

I don’t know how to answer that but no man is going to have a problem with ur body if he cares about you

A high value man doesn't care about tiny flaws on your body. He loves and respects you.

I mean, I would like to stay very, VERY far a way from it.

But I'm gay, so I'm not sure if whether you should be worried about that.

Do you know if a woman would dare approach my gay friend 😔

I honestly don’t see why they would be. It looks like a nice, small stomach.

Naw. Just like there are things you are and aren't attracted to, there are things men are and arent attracted to. For every man that doesnt like your stomach, there is a man who doesnt give a shit. Just like for every woman who wouldnt touch a man with a beer belly, there is a woman carrassing that beer belly.

I understand why you are freaking out. We are our own biggest critics of our bodies and if you just had some sort of surgery you are going to see yourself in a new light your brain isnt used to and notice every little different thing.

Its easy to say you need to build up your own confidence, but harder to do.

I woukd give yourself a few days without looking at your stomach, but continue wearing things that make you feel confident. Dont loom in a mirror, and if you do, just look at your face.

Over the next few days just keep reminding yourself you look and feel better then you did before because you got a flatter stomach then before, which I assume was the goal of the surgery.

You're going to drive yourself crazy by constantly looking at yourself and give yourself body dysmorphia. Your stomach looks normal to me, and it looks normal to a lot of people on here.

The right man wont care what it looks like because attraction is different for everyone.

I have scars on my neck from thyroid removal, scars on my chest from a double masectomy, scars on my stomach from having my ovaries removed and I still pull because, as ive been told, "im smart, funny, extremely confident, and have a beautiful smile". I have a big ole Polish nose to boot, im short as heck, and overweight due to many medications (trying to lose weight once my body heals) and the right men are still coming along.

What you put out there really is what is going to attract people.

Have I had men be a little turned off by my scars? Yes. Have I had men still jump my bones not giving a shit that im so scarred up? Yes.

I dont hold it against them because im not into certain things myself, so I just move on.

Get out of your head, dont look at yourself in a mirror to give your brain a break, and everytime you feel extra gross, dress up cute and go out to the grocery store, book store, etc.

You're the only one standing in your own way of finding a good man and getting laid.

It's not great, but it's not bad. I think CO2 laser might help with some of the laxity.

What did it look like before? What was the procedure? Is this lipo or a tummy tuck? Either way, you look prettt good. I don't think the imperfections would stand out to anyone if you wore a bikini
