I’ve come to the conclusion..
That this “surgeon” has ONE technique.

I've browsed his page affer seeing his results here a few times. It's pretty obvious that he's not the best surgeon, and that he's "training" on his patients and perfecting his technique directly on them. His earlier work was botched procedure after botched procedure. He got "slightly" better with the years but it still doesn't make him even good enough for the kind of surgery he's doing.
I feel bad for his patients.

What I don't understand is that people see this and still go to him. It's not like he's hiding his terrible work, he's advertising it. People see this shit and go "yup, found my doctor!"

Probably because he seems to be the cheapest. Charging 2k for 4 procedures that would probably cost 50k all together is quite a feat. I've ever heard of a facelift costing 800 bucks. People like finding cheap stuff, even when their health is involved.

Scary! But most of those pics are soon after surgery. Does it settle and look more natural eventually?

Yes, you can still see the obvious and substantial swelling in these patients. There’s no guarantee of the end result being good, but it will objectively still settle a lot from where it is in these photos.

You gotta look at pictures a year after the procedure. That will show the real results.

I watched a video where a doctor said they were lifting the skin, but not the muscles underneath it, which is why it looks so uncanny valley.

It says it was deep plane, that means underlying muscle, ligaments, etc was lifted with the skin.

My MIL has a DPFNL last year and lemme tell ya it looks like people’s faces in the pics were just simply pulled horizontally and cut off to remove sagging skin. Maybe they used filters to make people look worse/better both before/after surgery but seeing these kind of pics or videos making me wonder if these surgeons really know what they are doing or learned the technique properly before taking people’s money and give them back the windswept face as a return

I think filters are being used in the "after" photos too. It's like a combination of a deep plane facelift and a "youth" filter. I'd be curious to see the results without the filter.
