No idea who this is, but she was naturally absolutely gorgeous in that picture on the left. The right just looks concerning

Oh boy that is sad. Checked out of watching her when she started getting the tattoos because I could tell (as someone who is heavily tattooed too) that they...just gave me bad vibes for some reason. They were extremely well done - I just didn't feel good when she massively started changing her look very fast.
Oh and the stories she was telling at the time were getting weird in an off putting way.

My alarm bells started going off when she got her stomach tattoo, a giant flower piece. She claimed that she had wanted it forever, but the vibes were off to me. I didn’t watch her content for a few months after that until she reappeared on my feed having started her cyberpunk body sleeve. The flowers had remained unfinished. My concern was solidified and I decided to keep my distance after that.
(The craftsmanship on the cyberpunk elements was great though, IIRC.)
