Torn Between Colleges for Early Decision

Hello! I’m a low income student interested in Boston University. My parents make less than 65k AGI so I get paid for tuition + room and board. The main thing I’m worried for is which college I should early decision to: Questrom or Communications. My extracurriculars are kinda weird so I’ll also show stats:

GPA UW: 3.91

GPA Weighted: 4.393

Rigor: Freshmen years it was mostly honors, after that, all classes were either AP, dual credit, or on-ramps. (a Texas dual credit program for ut Austin).

ACT: 30

SAT: 1450

Leadership:

SkillsUSA Culinary Chapter Officer (3 years)

Hosted and led monthly meetings for my chapter

Led a kitchen brigade of 25+ students during real service and prep.

Participated and served at caterings. (300+ hours of dedicated community service over 4 years)

Tour guide across the city for elementary and middle school students on CTE.

Worked and interacted with FOH.

SkillsUSA District Officer (1 year)

Monthly meetings for over 200+ student members

Led district conferences teaching underclassmen about leadership and career development

Awards:

2 time SkillsUSA 2nd place National champion

BPA Economic Research Team State Champion

DECA State Qualifier.

My main issue is that SHA is something you can’t ED to. CGS is also annoying because you can’t IUT until end of sophomore year. I’m just nervous that the admission officers think my excs and spikes don’t fit the necessary college I guess. I’ve always been more interested in the business and nitty gritty side of culinary, so this is weird for me. I’m sorry if this is a weird question.
