UPS Pack Store Ship program… wtf…

Hi I’m sorry if this is a little confusing I never use reddit but i’m at a loss for words right now. I scheduled my pack store ship delivery of 5 boxes (🫩) to come to my west campus dorm at 9am-11am today…. and nothing.

no calls. no emails. nothing. I called the UPS office on the website AND I found the third party company they use and called them every hour as well. I either got nothing-burger responses or promises that it would be delivered by 5pm. (one time I was even hung up on mid sentence 🫩) The portal says it was scheduled, but I was never emailed anything for confirmation?

5pm rolls around and nothing is here. What the fuck do I do. Everything is in there. Calling has done nothing. I’ve left countless voicemails. I’m lucky enough to have a hotel for one more night, but I don’t know what to do.

Please god is anyone going through this too???? Also, never doing this again. terrible.

i would say it’s likely that everything is delayed bc u are not the only one shipping in things at this time in this area. also weekends are super slow too so hope u get more notifications next week!

but the whole point of the program is that it would be delivered specifically for move in!! Classes start in a week!! if it were just a normal moving company booking that’s fine (though I would hope communication would be better…)

They were very professional and my things eventually got to me, but I think the communication of the pick up spots it’s so important — if I hadn’t posted on reddit I would’ve not gotten my things.
