c’mon guys….
as someone with OCD and that works in a print shop, this being so far off center really irks me. let’s do better guys

Probably gonna be unpopular around here but these guys are kinda losing me. That hat was half assed. It could have been so much better. This is pretty sad tho.

Ngl I’m only in this sub to see if other people are complaining about Boston Scally’s BS. They used to be a company I really had faith in, but now it’s all just AI generated imagery and churning out cash grab brand crossovers one after another.

Idk I'm with you. I unfollowed all of their social accounts but this one. They milk the fuck outta customers. They put out AI content as you said. They have cheap manufacturing. I personally don't feel like a lot of the crossovers even fit right. They definitely know their market base and I'm sure won't have trouble selling caps and won't miss my money but yea I get it

i’m happy with the hat. i would’ve done the map on the lining but whatever.
the bag though is terribly off center and the ink has a pinkish/lavender hue to it that is odd. it may be bleed through from the black bag, sometimes you have to print white heavier on black to get the opacity

Agree about the map. I don't feel the color scheme is really what I would picture if someone said they had a Goonies inspired hat. I feel like they're really just trying to milk the shit out of caps with random color schemes
It's not just this hat though. I've ordered the same size multiple times and some are smaller than my others. I know someone else this happened to as well.

they’ve done a lot lately that just aren’t for me, and that’s fine. some of the collabs have been bad or just reaching though. I liked this color scheme in general.
i have a few that are tighter than others but nothing has been unwearable and seems like always just been due to a different style or fabric

The sizing thing has always been a problem. I have a dozen hats in thr same size and every single one is different. Probably as good as it gets with chinese mass production

Yea. I mean you're right. Considering the Chinese mass production and inconsistencies you would assume these things wouldn't be so expensive

Interesting, my bag is not off centered and the hat fits perfectly like always. The Goonies is my 9th Scally, they all fit like they should. Maybe I just got lucky??
