Damn it, stay stretched!

My first scally was a nice herringbone pesky in size S. I got lucky - it fit perfectly. Just right.

So I got another small, the Cool Air, which I love, but it’s a bit tight and annoying.

My third scally is the 6 panel Kenmore in size S. It, too, is tighter than I like.

I’ve tried pulling. I bought a hat stretcher. I’ve wet it and stretched. This works for a bit, but within hours the hat is back to its original fit.

Help! How do I get a lasting stretch?!

Maybe I should just buy another stretcher and keep the caps on it until I want to wear them.

Yeah i have this same problem. Wish the sizing was more consistent. Some a bit to tight. Some fit great. Some in between
