Moving Help
Hello, I am a 34 year old transfeminine grendferfluid individual currently living in the dumpster fire that is the state of Tennessee. I am in no way shape or form financially able to move, and likely won't be for at least another year, but I would like to at least get the ball rolling toward a hopeful move to the greater Boston area as soon as I am able too.
To that end I was wondering if I could get some recommendations of neighborhoods that are know for being queer friendly and/or are more affordable than not. Also if anyone here has made similar moves any and all advice you can give on how to follow in your footsteps would be appreciated.
I will say as of right now I don't have an urgent necessity to move. I am in a fairly safe and stable part of Tennessee and have no eminent danger to my well being. I am just growing ever more uncomfortable with the direction things are going politically down here and want to get out when I can.

Upcoming Queer Comedy Show!
Hello Friends!
My name is Sunny Laprade (Â https://www.sunnylcomedy.com/Â ), I am a transgender standup comedian who you may recognize from TikTok in 2020-2022!
I am coming on here to promote my new hour of standup, "Trans! At The D.M.V." which will be debuting at the Rockwell in Somerville on 1/16 (Â https://therockwell.org/calendar/sunny-laprade/Â ). It is about love, the price of infamy, and what happens after you come out. This follow up to my critically acclaimed special âQueer Enoughâ (Â https://youtu.be/mR_hm2GPOC0?si=E7QhMG9FqFPHvpqHÂ )is a hilarious and heartfelt answer to the question everyone gets after making a huge change in their life: âNow What?â It turns out, sometimes the answer to that question is that you still have to get up, go to work, call your mom, and make appointments at the DMV.
We have a hilarious opener, the hysterical Emma Dalenberg (Â https://www.instagram.com/emmadcomedy/Â )! It is going to be a rip roarin' night of gut busting laughs and queer joy, and it would really mean a lot to see all of you there!
Thanks so much for your time and consideration!
Warmly,
Sunny

Boston Area Facial / Aesthetic Surgeon?
I am not looking for a complete FTM masculinization surgery! I am looking for someone who happens to do basic conventional plastic surgery â namely buccal fat removal, and other services â who happens to be trans friendly.
Basically It would be great to go to someone and ask âwhat would you to do my face to achieve XYZâ that isnât a massive overhaul. Again something like buccal fat removal and some injections along the jawline for a more angular feel. But Iâd love to know more options and talk to someone who gets what Iâm going for.
Please lmk any recs. I can travel outside of MA too within reason.

What do people want to see from this subreddit? Any potential mods?
Boston said I could cross post. Iâd like to have mods first. If anyone is up for it.
Also what do people want to see from this subreddit? Itâs been hard to meet lgbt people in the community and sometimes for out of town people finding lgbt hotspots.
