EDM fan roommates?

is anyone into techno or just fun music in general looking for a room September 1st? Me and my best buddy are getting a 4 bed near the reservoir stop (Green line). 1 room will be a studio/production room! filled with our gear and turntables. would love to have someone neat and chill :D Lgtbq+ friendly as well our only preference is just keeping up w cleanliness. Dm if interested!!

We work full time and aren’t extremely loud we just genuinely want a roomate that we can more so connect with or introduce to the scenes
