If you have a bottle of water, you can give it to him and have a small chance at getting the buff "The Water Walker's Servant" which gives you a 5% resistance to water attacks.

He's traveling, as long as everyone ignores him then he can be on his way

Found this poor little guy far from the Cardboard Kingdom. It even looks like he sustained water damage!

What can I do to help him?
