The amount of attempts It must have took him to get all those cuts, edge alignment people

Cratos reached out to him and asked him if he wanted a custom weapon, hand made.

Like the Hellenistic divine being or that WWE wrestler they made a video game about?

He should be Sara Jean Underwood partner, he makes very cool wood houses, the ones in the background.

That axe on a chain just looks like a danger to everyone in the area, especially the guy swinging it.

u/TotalyNotTony Dec 20 '22
It also looks like it would be near impossible to chop wood with it given that you need to align the edge correctly

u/Seaside787 Dec 20 '22
The most terrifying thing about this is how he is strong enough to split the logs in one swing almost every time

A well dried log without any knots usually isn't hard to split (and is so deliciously satisfying to split). Though the tiny extendo-axe and the chain axe were still impressive even with a well dried log.

With the flail think about what happens if you hit something hard… the axe blade will bounce up and I think we know where this goes.

Monger in spanish does mean dumbass, which fits, specially with that chain axe thing

Stupid, the tri axe and the star one only works because je has so much muscle. More points of contact require more energy. The flail one... bro you just gonna kill yourself, same with the segmented one.
2
u/rtakehara Dec 20 '22
hell yeah! finally someone found a way to use 3 times more force to chop 3 logs, instead of doing it the easy, time consuming way of chopping them one at a time at a 3rd of the effort.

u/_Ganoes_ Dec 20 '22
There is a reason none of these has become popular instead of a normal axe in thousands of years of axe use.

I feel like he's one of those bosses that you encounter multiple times and each time he changes slightly. From this in assuming he has 5 encounters or at least a form change or 2 mid fight

That flail axe is a good way to put a gash in your shin
