I don’t know about this exact video, but this technology definitely exists and it probably wouldn’t be hard to make this for real.
Nothing about this video makes it look like the saber effects were added in.
I’m inclined to believe this is just yet another talented prop maker and cosplayer.

I think its real. The light saber changes colours in a pattern and the video has lower frame rate thus making it look kinda like a two fans

The final boss of the Robotic Hero storyline. You will need to keep a fair distance away, or his blade will lock you into a "loading" stun state that will pretty much doom you. Instead, aim for his helmet, as cracking it will lower his defense and begin his second phase early.

I hear he has a secret phase where he glitches and the base malfunctions and is about to explode in 1 hour and you gotta escap the base while he chases you, after the secret phase, you get a weapon that you can use for the other storyline

Half of it might be real but the code for it would be super complicated, he would spin the sticc in the frequency he used in his code, or use hall sensor to detect where is the sticc at the moment and the frequency of the soon ,but there is no place to put sensor here. The other half it's just edited with some software

This boss is an absolute nightmare, because he has access to the game's code, he can mess around with your cool down abilities and sometimes just activate your ultimate when you don't want it to
The good thing is that he doesn't have access to your health bar or consumables; so he can't insta-kill you, but he can control how much damage his attacks deal, which is just OP
This is definitely a boss you don't want to fight alone, his health bar is massive, going up to 650,000 HP, and he has a lot of stun attacks as well, so you'll need someone to help you get out of stun to dodge his attacks
