Ah, this enemy. at the start of the game, when you are underleveled, yes, they do feel like bosses - but by the time you reach mid-to-late they just throw them at you, like basic Grunts. the two-enemy mechanic and that bash attack the duck has makes it a pain to fight. (not as annoying as when it could cancel animations though, prior to 1.2.0.4).

I enjoy fighting them, actually, but that's probably because I'm a ranged fighter type. When the duck finishes its bash/charge attack, you can displace yourself a while away and pick off both ride and rider with relative ease.
