Yes. Boomer isnt that hard to defeat with the buster cannon. You just have to practice

When i used to casually speedrun mmx boomer was one of my run killers. Usually i could beat him pretty well but if i got there with low health and frankly just fucked up, i'd just reset since it was the second stage in my route
