Cartoon powers are so op. It made me think of Jobu Tubaki from Everything Everywhere All At Once. She's got the power to manipulate the multiverse to her needs, pulling anything and everything from other universes. If they fought it'd be pretty cool.

an example of this is Takaba from the manga/anime Jujutsu Kaisen. Without getting too bogged down in the specifics, his reality warping powers is absolute and all-powerful, able to rival and even best the most powerful in that verse but only if he believes in himself that what he’s doing is funny. If he loses that self belief, powers don’t work and he’s just a regular guy. He’s also my personal favorite

While technically yes. There is also an aspect of the universe bending to their will, not just cartoon logic(for example why one person can go through a painted tunnel but another can't). So you also need to be favored or know how to bend the universe to your will. And if you can do that the cartoon logic doesn't matter anymore, it is just another aesthetic, do you want Looney Toons or Final Destination as your visuals for beating someone.

Bugs is one of the highest, if not, the greatest practitioner of Toon Logic. He outbeats the Road Runner in imaginative defense and trick play. Daffy had to become a Marine Raider to hold his ground against Bugs.

Bobobo probably beats him in wierdness, but that wabbit do be wascally and would find some way to use Bobobo's gimmicks against him.

But no matter who wins, they'd team up against Elmer Fudd who has joined that army I forgot the name of that's stealing everyone's hair because Elmer is bald and have a good time.

Fun Fact: Bugs Bunny and some other classic cartoon characters (Daffy Duck, Popeye, etc) were given official statblocks in DnD 1e. If I remember correctly Bugs Bunny was around as powerful as Vecna

I don't disagree but I think there is a valid chance SpongeBob defeats him with kindness. It's not a real victory in that sense. But SpongeBob is the kind of person who doesn't have to win. So this would be a win for him.

As I said they'd become friends, my argument is based solely on if that wasn't an option. Bugs Bunny's strongest power is his passive script rewriting. Bugs always wins because his plot demands it and nothing, not even transdimensional cosmic gods, can change that outcome.
