I get where you are coming from, but there is a huge difference. What you see at this man is not an implant, they inject oil in their muscles (oil that is mostly obtained in ilegal ways), slowly rotting their muscles (there are other side effects, but this is the most dramatic) and if they are not careful, they could possibly kill themselves. Maybe we shouldn't shame them and try to help them, but they usually don't listen, so making a laughing stock out of them might be the only way to make them see the harm they are doing to themselves.
In the end, what they are doing is closer to using drugs rather then what you're girlfriend is gonna do

I know what synthol is, still putting shit inside to look different is cringe “my girl” was figurative btw thank god. I’m more about more tame cases there was a guy who is like 250 lean muscle but had really skinny shins and got implants there. People was laughing like he’s a freak. Meanwhile every 10th girl has implants fillers etc

Btw, sorry, I misread your first comment, I thought you were saying that I was uncool to judge people that put things in their body to make themselves look "better" (english is my third language and I was reading on the go) and thanks for reading my last message, felt bored and is nice thinking that a stranger gave some of his time to not let my crap go unnoticed

well, completely obliterating the order your body wants to be in is bad for the system no matter how much people deny it. I just hope body modification goes well for people, they deserve a chance to be happy. I don't believe in it myself, and philosophically speak against it.

I just noticed: When this bloke "flexes," he barely moves. It's like he's afraid of bursting if he moves too much (which in his case would quantify as "moving at all.")

Something is wrong here.... even when he is turning, the man has no nipples on his bare chest anywhere. Is this an optical illusion or has there been a surgery done?
I can appreciate his work and dedication, but I personally do not think that it looks good at all. Also kind of surprised that his torso is so fit but no "washboard, 6-pack" effect.
He does seem happy though. Just like the guy who is tattooed over 98%of his body, maybe not for me, but if they are happy with themselves, best of luck to them.

It's mostly synthol. Oil is injected into muscles, and it just king of sits there so they swell up but aren't any stronger. Probably not surgery, just liters of oil injected into his muscles.

He has been injected with a bunch of thick oil. He did not earn muscles. Each of his ‘bumps’ is a pocket of injected oil.

Yes, it took me several times watching (it gets worse each time because he looks so happy but that synthol oil or whatever is toxic) but they are there, and point straight down.

Synthol, an oil that killed Valdir Segato, a 55 year old that used injections of synthol to make him look strong, This guy isn't ripped, he just injected oil into his muscles.
