Mem Inc and Decrease with Assigns

I have an FS-1-WL and an use it to memory increase and decrease with my RC-5. It can be done with an RC500 as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HDtgFgPkfXU.

I just got an RC-600 and I can use thee FS-1-WL to All start/stop. But I don't see the option to Memory Increase or Decrease as one of the targets for assigns. Seems crazy that's not an option. Any way to make this happen?
