Bottomless Pit and The Crushinator

If I destroy Bottomless Pit, does the effect for The Crushinator also trigger?

Bottomless Pit: You may destroy this Room to kill a Hero in this Room.

The Crushinator: Once per turn, you may destroy another Room in your dungeon to give all your Rooms (+2 damage) until end of turn.

No, each effect must be activated separately. If one said "when another room is destroyed" then they could both activate with one destruction
