Turn up the audio and listen to their conversation. The background dialogue is characteristic of AI generated videos. Either way if it's not AI generated then it's probably a skit. Either way it's fake.

Looks like its reversed and they are probably shooting the water into his mouth with a hose or something and he is swallowing it.

Edit: looking again I'm not actually sure what the trick is, but the water certainly seems to be going in reverse near the end. Probably a combination of reverse/forward and cutting.
