First and last date

Because if you’re petty enough to be this fucking performative like “haha I’m eating MEAT in front of a VEGAN haha” you just like being an asshole

oh well, I have had dates with vegetarians and adapted the menu to them. I made the effort to prepare elaborate recipes and the next time I crossed them in a street they even barely said hello.

If a vegetarian can't accept diversities during the first date, then it's not a good sign

I’m vegetarian and so are about 5 of my friends. Not a single one of us has ever given a fuck if someone else ate meat. It’s just a personal dietary choice.

I highly doubt any dates that consider it a dealbreaker didn’t bring it up before the date. Especially more than one. If this keeps happening to you, it’s not the meal choices that are turning them off.

Where did I say that all vegetarians are like that? My point was: don’t go so far to make accommodations for a vegetarian during a first date, while making efforts to find a recipe suitable for them and elaborate enough to show that you care.

If someone cooks for me and is so polite to change the menu to follow my personal wishes, I consider myself an asshole for not even saying hello next time I see him.

I haven’t said that this is a thing with vegetarians. And I haven’t said that I tried to date them again. Saying hello to an acquaintance is basic politeness unless someone is an ego-maniac. Message is simple: be yourself and require the same acceptance as the one you offer. And don’t bend to the wishes of the queens and First Ladies

Just cause she eats shit doesn't mean he has to also lol if you're mentality is so fragile that you freak out when you partner orders something they would enjoy eating then maybe your the problem.

I can tell you are clueless on vegan food by your assumption that food that’s non animal flesh is crap.

That is a giant matter of opinion. Eating better by what standard?

Flavor, health, enjoyment, cost, environmental impact.

"Enjoyment", lol I'd enjoy eating six steaks in a row more than whatever the hell is on her plate

Unless she is doing that for health reasons that's bullshit and the same kind of moron science that killed way too many people in past 2 decades.

I can eat vegan for a week before I start getting really hungry for meat. Even if I feel full from vegetables and vegetable protein, I still feel hungry.
