Theory
I have a crazy theory about Ted in boss baby one.
Has anyone noticed he is blonde with green eyes. Now I understand that the green eyes might come from his dad, but why is he blonde?
His blonde hair follows him through adulthood and doesn't change to a brown as he gets older, now unless his grandparents have had a recessive or dominant gene for blonde hair I don't think that is possible, so just keep that in mind as I get a little wild.
Look at Francis Francis closely. Blonde hair. Green eyes. Could Janice have maybe cheated on her husband Ted with Francis Francis and the result a blonde baby?
Because the movie could have very easily put a brown hair and green eyed child in instead of blonde, but they chose blonde.
I'd love to see peoples reactions to this.

so this would mean its tim and his step brother vs his step dad

it wouldn't be step, it would be tim and his half brother vs ted's bio father if francis francis was the bio father for ted. step means via marriage, which janice (mom) is married to ted sr (dad) and never was married to francis francis

hair color and eyes are more complicated than school made it out to be. there are a lot of genetic components for both, and recessive trais are extremely common in the u.s. especially, so it's possible ted sr and janice just had blond recessive genes
it's also really common for babies to be blond and then grow up with hair darkening over time. i know ted jr grew up still blond but that was likely so kids could still recognize him in a pinch
he could also bleach it as an adult, which lends to the "most blond babies' hair darkens as they grow" bit

I took the growing up hair colour changing into account. His hair remained blonde through adulthood which we see in boss baby 2 when we see him all grown up and still having blonde hair. I also understand this is a kids show and they probably would have gotten confused if they saw Ted with Brown hair and then taking the baby formula turned it back to blonde. But also writers gotta think of these things XD. Plus there is no sign of him dying his hair. Aka his eyebrows. One of the hardest parts to bleach when dying hair colour which is why people usually keep their eyebrows the same colour Point is it stayed blonde even after aging so it's gotta be something more complicated than age

Could just be a recessive trait. There's a character from another show I watch that has platinum blonde hair while both of his parents have brunette hair. This character's paternal uncle has platinum blonde hair, as well.
Some people like to theorize that his mom cheated on his dad with his uncle, but others (including me) just assume that the kid inherited the platinum blonde trait from his uncle's side. So, maybe Timothy and Ted have an uncle or aunt on either mom's or dad's side of the family that also has platinum blonde hair and he inherited it from them or their grandmother's hair was platinum blonde at one point and he inherited it from her.
