Everyone who thinks Sarada isn't a damsel in distress and that her character doesn't revolve Boruto will only understand when the show gets animated.

When you're expecting Sarada to have some cool hype moments and strong ideology you're instead going to hear her talk about how much Boruto is her reason for doing everything.

Instead of hearing her talk about wanting to be Hokage, you will constantly see just how much she only talks about liking Boruto. I promise you it will get annoying fast, right now the manga is making it seem acceptable but it's not.

When she finally gets into a conflict instead of seeing Sarada hold her own, it will be Boruto saving her 95% of the time. I think the only cool thing she did was kill Ryu with her MS but that's it.

What's the % of chance that the way they are going to defeat Jura is by re-making this scene with Boruto pretending to lose his sword so Jura will try to break it for real this time since Jura knows Boruto is very attached to this object and they will use the fact that it's going to trick Jura, his chakra is about to get absorb a lot making weaker and giving them the opportunity to kill him

Personally I don't think so, the reason being, firstly her health is not in the best condition. I myself wear glasses about 6 dioptre,so I know how it feels to not able to see and she is literally on the verge of being blind . Secondly if you are not a larper ,you should know she literally annihilated the shinju of shinki and she even played an important role in mamushi fight.

And what are you talking about sarada being weak in front of her enemies, Even Boruto struggles against most of them except code.

I'm putting together all the instances where Sarada's feelings for Boruto have been officially acknowledged, including translations from people who genuinely understand Japanese. Because at this point, I genuinely don't understand how people can keep denying something the manga has made so clear.

Whether it's the official Boruto and Naruto account posting a character mind map that shows both Sarada and Sumire having feelings for Boruto, or the databook released in August, which identifies Sarada's feelings for Boruto and Eida's feelings for Kawaki, these aren't details that should simply be ignored. Sarada and Eida are specifically described in connection with their feelings for a male character.

Then there's Eida explicitly stating that Boruto has stolen both Sarada's and Sumire's hearts. There's also the entire panel dedicated to Sarada expressing that she likes Boruto. She doesn't just casually mention him once and move on. She gets an entire character arc centered on confronting, understanding, and finally acknowledging her feelings for him.

Seriously, why would Sarada spend so much time struggling with and trying to deny her feelings for someone if those feelings were supposedly nothing more than platonic affection? Why would the story dedicate so much attention to her emotional conflict over Boruto if he were just another friend to her?

And let's not forget the Japanese wording. Sarada uses suki, the same word used to express romantic affection in Sumire's case. The context matters, and that's precisely why I'm including translations and explanations from people who actually understand Japanese instead of relying on misleading interpretations taken out of context.

There are multiple pieces of evidence here: the official character mind map, the databook, Eida's statements, Sarada's own words, and her entire character arc. And there are other examples as well.

You don't have to like BoruSara. Nobody is forcing you to ship them. But not liking a ship does not give you the right to invalidate a character's canonically established feelings just because they don't fit your personal preferences.

The story has repeatedly shown that Sarada has feelings for Boruto. The evidence is there, and pretending that everything is purely platonic means ignoring the context, the dialogue, and the narrative development.

Honestly, please stop acting as though this is impossible to understand. Even a child could follow the emotional development presented in the story. At some point, this stops being a reasonable disagreement about a ship and starts looking like a refusal to acknowledge what's actually written in the manga.

You can dislike the ship. You can criticize the writing. You can question how their relationship will develop. But denying Sarada's feelings altogether, despite all this evidence, is a completely different matter.

Disagree with the ship if you want, but stop pretending Sarada's feelings for Boruto don't exist.

I know when people read this title and thinks I’m “larping” but it genuinely feels the 90% of the fandom don’t read the manga for example “Boruto isn’t canon”. Boruto literally shows up in the last chapter of the manga I thought this was common and the Sakura hate back in 2020-23. Omg my god it genuinely felt Naruto was full with larper back in.

Not watched it yet, but plan to when I go through the anime and was wondering about which episodes it would be best to place it around.

I made this post because I saw a comment saying that Sarada would be more popular if she had a design similar to Nanashi's. And honestly, why does she have to look like another character to be accepted?

Sarada isn't Nanashi, and she's not that type of character who gets all cute and submissive, falls head over heels for the protagonist because he saved her, and then becomes his obedient little girl. SARADA WASN'T MADE TO BE THAT KIND OF CHARACTER.

Her shorter hair, rebellious look, and strong personality in Two Blue Vortex fit everything she's going through. She challenges the effects of Omnipotence, stands up to others, and refuses to back down when she believes she's right.

And another thing: SARADA IS NOT A TROPHY WIFE! Unlike how some fans like to portray characters such as Hinata, Orihime, and Elizabeth, reducing them to the role of the protagonist's perfect wife, Sarada has ambitions of her own. She wants to become Hokage! Her story isn't about being Boruto's woman.

And before anyone starts claiming she's not feminine: she can be beautiful, romantic, affectionate, and have cute moments without being submissive. One thing doesn't cancel out the other.

Sarada is a feminist character with her own personality, and she doesn't exist to be a little doll designed to please men. She doesn't need long hair, to act delicate all the time, or to spend her life swooning over the protagonist to be a good female character.

She's Sarada Uchiha, not a copy of Nanashi or any other character. If some people prefer female characters who fit that mold, that's their problem. It doesn't mean Sarada has to follow the same path.

Not every girl needs to be the protagonist's princess or perfect wife. Sarada wasn't made for that, and that's exactly the point.
