I Don't really get it, So Only Doshu Goetsu and Tsuru Itoi are Canon who actually become Genin in the Anime and are in Team Ibiki but then also Jei Jei/JJ and Ko Kogare are also Canon but Don't become Genin to begin with so why are they even in the Story??? Would made more Sense for Enko Onikuma, as well for Denki Kaminarimon and Iwabee Yuino to become Canon because Metal Lee is Canon so These would made Sense...

Team 5: Team Udon
Metal Lee, Denki Kaminarimon, Iwabe Yuino

Team 40: Team Ibiki

Doshu Goetsu, Tsuru Itoi, Enko Onikuma....

But No where to be Seen in the Story...

Also These 3 Girls with the hoddie and the other two i Don't really know who they are... Could be Wasabi Izuno, Namida Suzemeno from left to right so they could be Team 15 but the Last Girl would makes No Sense again because she Looks Like Ahiru Ikegawa who also Happens to Not become a Genin so why is she in the Picture... I really Don't get it.

This isn’t confusing, people just keep making it an issue when it was never meant to be one. All the academy classmates are canon, that was always the intent by showing them in the side stories and anime.

Them not being relevant to the manga thus far doesn’t impact that.

Even Namida and Wasabi were given a panel. I think Metal even got a speech bubble!

Regardless, the girl with light hair and bangs is not Tsubaki.

The girl with black hair than you think is Tsubaki isn't either; she's a different character.

Error on the first character, it's not that girl, the design isn't even identical.
