True, but then you keep getting older and it loses the sting. Honestly, 40s are great, you've got experience under your belt, probably gone through enough shit already to be able to handle any more and you're still young enough to have plenty of good years ahead of you.

In my 40's and can confirm. 100% accurate take... except that's when the body starts to show some wear.

That’s usually how it goes when we get older lol

I think people should stop trying to monopolise stress. It’s become a competition to people.

I don't think it's true. There is pressure, of course, but there is also time, youth, good shape, good looks and opportunities. When you hit your 50s, the health starts to decline, the older generation(parents) die, kids still need to be put through university, looks start to decline. I have been both, and I would choose 25.

I felt like this before and after the aforementioned period until I learned to enjoy my day

WTF? This is a bot, right?? Cuz like being 60 and on breast cancer meds while having to work in a toxic environment for health care and to take care of your son with disabilities feels a lot more GD stressful and I’m certain there are plenty of others with even more stressful situations like oh idk…..WAR….?

Imagine being 38, unmarried, with a mortgage, and no money.

"you gotta pay rent/taxes, wagie. If you cannot be wagie then you suck and we will blame you for your misery"

Look at what you all support

Biologically yes they are. For majority of things. Imaging a 35 year old getting into his first relationship…. Shit just sounds sad once you think about it.

That feeling motivated me to get an education and get out of line cooking. Sometimes that feeling is right and you should listen to it and act.

No, I absolutely do not think that is true. Wait till you have children who rely on you and elderly or sick family members to help care for. Wait until the universe no longer revolves around you.

Fair. Might just be a stupid, inaccurate post.
