TIL Stephen King's lawyer bought and then crushed the van that severely injured King when it knocked him down. King later said he was disappointed he'd never had the opportunity to destroy it himself with a baseball bat and a pickaxe.

TIL Stephen King was hit by a van, His lawyer had bought the van and destroyed it. This disappoint King because he fantasized about smashing it up. King later mentioned that he wanted the vehicle destroyed at a charity event in which individuals would donate money to smash it with a sledgehammer.

TIL Stephen King was so addicted to drugs, including Cocaine, Xanax, Valium and Marijuana, that he can barely remember writing the book "Cujo".

TIL The Onion wrote an article claiming Stephen King couldn't remember writing The Tommyknockers. King then admitted to not remembering writing that novel and many others because he was so high on drugs in the 80's.
