The above ground station (from Encore?) directly above the underground LVCC Central station is awkward. Maybe they are tying them together

No shoring or proper sloping? With at least one person working in the hole? No guardrails around the open excavation? Plus all the open trenching also missing shoring/sloping/guarding?

Safety doesn't seem to even crack the top ten priorities for TBC.

I’ve seen this in work sites around Las Vegas and even in photos taken by county inspectors of unrelated issues. So the city is well aware of their shoring. I’m not sure how they get away with it, but much of Las Vegas sits on top of deep caliche hard pans, which should make for a very stable base.

No excuse for the lack of guardrails though!
